The location was convenient. The metro was just steps away. my room featured a comfortable bed. the daily room service was notably efficient.
The hallway lights activated via motion sensors. Sometimes, they were a bit slow to respond.

uncomfortable mattress bad furniture
the location near the train station was acceptable for my needs
the room felt old the power outlets did not work properly i also found the mattress quite uncomfortable i found some of the furniture in bad shape too

CENTRAL location ADVANTAGES!
central location friendly staff useful desk full length mirror
The location IS optimal, next to the train station. I visited Florence and Venice easily by train. The staff were friendly. My room included a full-length mirror, a large wardrobe, and a handy desk.
The room felt a bit stuffy. I think the air conditioning NEEDS an upgrade since it's quite old and its performance wasn't great.

My VERY large bathroom had new towels daily. The room provided ample space. I also liked the inclusion of slippers. The sheets felt freshly laundered EACH day, so I felt safe and comfortable.

mixed experience, issues noticed
unusual noises missing toiletries
the hotel provides convenient access to the central train station.
the air conditioning system emitted unusual noises throughout my three-night stay. it sounded like rattling. i also discovered that my room lacked basic toiletries. i had to request soap and shampoo, which should be standard amenities.

excellent stay near the station
train station convenient location top floor helpful staff
I appreciated the proximity to the central train station and bus terminal. It's only a short walk. the neighborhood had plenty of food options. the room we received on the top floor offered a unique view from two windows. the staff was very helpful and professional.
soundproofing was not great. i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

There is a lounge area available on the ground floor , with comfortable seating. the hotel provides a mini-fridge in the room stocked with complimentary water bottles. It is a thoughtful service.

the front desk staff offered early check-in and luggage storage. the reception staff was super during check-out, completing the process efficiently. the staff provided tea, coffee, and water in the room!!!

convenient storage functional air manned reception
the reception was manned 24/7. i stored my luggage before check-in with no issues. my room had functional air conditioning.
